I went 9/13/2025, I wasn’t able to place an order because I guess the guy that worked the night shift was left alone and he was trying to get things ready for the next shift. Nothing refers me from going to Burger King. I love Burger King and I love their breakfast sandwiches the croissants so I went back the next day which was 9/14,/2025. I like the two for five breakfast croissants, but the guy working wasn’t sure where to find it and that was OK. His personality was outstanding. His demeanor was even better. He laughed it off. He’s a great employee. I hope Burger King takes care of this guy and recognizes his attributes to this company because he deserves it. He’s very very good and I am a very difficult customer. I had no problem even though I had to pay full price for my little sandwich I did because I wanted the second one and it didn’t matter to me. I was not upset. I’d like to tell the general manager that this guy is a rockstar and his name is Brandon And I highly recommend going there and getting his service. I even tried to do the survey for Burger King, but it wasn’t for the free whopper. It was because this guy deserved to be recognized by the Customers

LOVED THE SERVICE! I had fries from Burger King for the first time and not at all disappointed! So much satisfied with the service and food quality. Special shout out to crew members, Sara, Luis and Matt for being so fast and helpful with our orders. Age is just a number! They are so active and smart! Love it!

I love the experience at this BK burger shop. It smelt so yummy!! I couldn’t wait to get my cheeseburger and fries. My burger had that wonderful real barbecue flavor and smell!! This is my third time here. Each time I got here , I experienced the same great experience!! The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and full of energy!! I always have hot food and great soda!! I found a very good lunch spot!! I’ll be back !!

Visited this location for a late-night grab using the BK Rewards app. The employee on duty, Brandon, was absolutely delightful—well-versed, professional, and you can tell he really takes pride in his job. He was customer-focused and went over some great menu selling points that actually encouraged us to try more variety. The guy’s an absolute king and deserves his crown! Thanks for the recommendation on the small cone and cookies—and enjoy that coffee during the graveyard shift!

This was our first time at this location; we went through the drive-thru on 14 June around 1600, before we left town. The first person to come across the speaker was wonderful! However, when we were ready to order, it was a different person; their tone was nowhere near as friendly, and seemed to be the person we dealt with at the window. The lack of basic service with a smile and just their overall body language and expression, gave off bad vibes. The food in our combos were perfect - well-made and fresh! Our two orders of 12-piece chicken fries were warmish but kinda old. We also had some rather... interestingly-shaped fries that had us cracking up as we ate our meal in the parking lot (pics for reference). I am concerned someone spit in my drink... but hopefully it was just my imagination and y'all aren't that nasty. While we weren't unhappy with our experience, there's room for improvement. We've had better and worse.
